By accessing or using VA Books 365 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and individual account holders. VA Books 365 is operated by EXAGIC Technologies.

VA Books 365 is a cloud-based accounting and financial management platform that provides:

• Invoice and billing management
• Expense tracking and reporting
• VAT return preparation and filing
• Financial reporting and analytics
• Multi-currency and multi-organization support
• Bank reconciliation and transaction management

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian
• Represent a legally registered business entity where applicable

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate financial data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for money laundering or other illicit financial activities
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We process your financial data solely to provide the Service
• Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service
• Upon account termination, you may export your data for 30 days

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by EXAGIC Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of tax calculations — always consult a qualified accountant

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and you must cease all use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
